As an ex-environmental health officer, Andy has combined his experience on food safety with his beekeeping passion (he is Oxfordshire’s training apiary manager) to explore the practical side of food safety legislation as it applies to beekeepers – from the hive right through to harvesting and sale. 

Andy will also cover other aspects of consumer protection law, such as registration, labelling, compound foods, allergens, weighing, and the production of other items like wax wraps, candles and polishes.
