| Have your say! There is currently a public consultation on the use of pesticides. As you may know, recently the Government has allowed the use of a neonicotinoid (thiamethoxam) for sugar beet crops in 2021. Back in 2019 the EU agreed a ban on all outdoor use of this pesticide in order to protect bees.
